Contact Lune Research

Use the address that matches your request. These are the official contact channels for Lune and its operator, Retrograde Labs. Do not send passwords, access tokens, private keys, payment card details, or unpublished research content by email.

Product and account support

Email support@luneresearch.com for sign-in trouble, billing questions, connector, plugin, or MCP connection failures, missing papers, and product feedback. Include the affected URL or tool name, the approximate time of the failure, the error code, and your client name. Never send the bearer token itself. A token prefix such as lune_abcd is enough when support asks which credential was used.

Privacy requests

Email privacy@luneresearch.com to request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information, or to ask how Lune processes account and research-workspace data. Send the request from the email address on the account when possible. The Privacy Policy describes verification, retention, subprocessors, and the rights available in different jurisdictions.

Legal notices

Email legal@luneresearch.com for contract, copyright, terms, or formal legal notices. The current Terms of Service identify Retrograde Labs as the service operator and explain the required notice process. Product support cannot accept service of formal legal notices through the dashboard feedback form.

Service status and developer help

Check the status page before reporting an MCP outage. For integration questions, the developer index links to the web connector and plugin guides, local MCP setup, authentication contract, server manifest, and CLI installer. Use the published service contract only to inspect the underlying behavior of official Lune clients.
